Course Description:
ENG100 is the required first-year writing course for college students, which is designed to guide them through the core criteria of developing the type of argumentative essays that will be expected of them throughout their college journey. Students will be exposed to a variety of composition strategies that will help them to write effectively for diverse audiences in a variety of forms. Students will construct a persuasive research paper, op-ed and aesthetic presentation that they will present to the class at the end of the semester.
This is an online synchronous course that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1:15pm.
